RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gen-Z Furniture, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our Return and Refund Policy allows you to return items within Something days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible, ensuring you love your purchase.

Requirement for a valid Return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions are met (mentioned below)

Valid Conditions & Reasons to Return Item:

  • Delivery of wrong product
  • Delivery of defective product
  • Delivery of the products with missing parts
  • Incorrect content /misinformation

Refund Policy:

Usually it takes 7-10 days to process your refund after receiving products from you. Upon receiving your product it will undergo quality checking by quality assurance & quality control department.

  • The product must include original brand logo, Packaging & kits packets where it is applicable with the original proof of purchase.
  • For any component missing by customer or any user fault, partial refund will be applicable and will be determined by costing department.

Return/ Replacement warranty may not apply in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Damaged by wet floor /wall or pouring of liquid
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
